Refund Policy


  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be postmarked for return shipment no more than 14 days from original date of delivery. 
  • To be eligible for return, product must be in the original packaging and accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be offered in the form of a digital KCMOCO. gift card. 


  • To initiate the return/exchange process please email request to Please include: name, order number, product(s) in question, and request for a) return or b) exchange.

  • You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, without having already paid shipping costs, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from refund.
  • Refund will be offered and processed in the form of a digital KCMOCO. gift card. If you do not wish to receive refund as store credit, refund amount will be applied to original method of payment within a certain amount of business days (number of days required for return to be fully processed is dependent upon the bank or financial institution used.) 
  • If you are returning item(s) worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost packages. We do not offer guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 


  • Gift Cards - Only physical products may be refunded or exchanged. Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Sale Items - Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.



  • If item(s) were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return, following process outlined above.
  • If item(s) weren’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver and they will be informed your return. 



  • Refunds typically take up to 5-7 business days (once approved) to fully process. If it has been over 7 business days and your approved refund has not yet been processed, please first contact your bank or financial institution for a status update before contacting us at:
