As a brand born in the 'Show Me' State, we believe in complete transparency. The core concept behind KCMOCO. Candles founding was a desire to strip away the mystery ingredients found in mass-market candles and create a product you can actually trust burning in your home.

We prioritize a clean, safe, and premium burn above all else. Every candle is crafted with our custom coconut-soy-beeswax blend, and we exclusively use premium fragrances that are 100% Phthalate-Free and Prop 65-Free, ensuring your space smells amazing without any harsh chemicals.

We are incredibly honored to be recognized by the community that inspires us. KCMOCO. Candles has been nominated as a Top 5 "Best Candle" finalist in The Pitch's Best of KC Awards for 2025 & 2026.

Our candles are hand-poured in small batches, standard lead time to process and ship is 48 hours (Monday–Thursday). Depending on your location, transit times typically range from 3-5 business days. Keep an eye on your inbox for tracking updates along of the way!

Our burn times vary by the size of the vessel. Follow proper Candle Care to ensure you get the most out of every burn:

• Mini Travel Tins (2 oz): ~15 hours
• Medium Travel Tins (8 oz): ~30 hours
• Small Jars (7 oz): ~45 hours
• Large Jars (12 oz): ~60+ hours

KCMOCO. Candles does not yet have a standalone flagship store, but our candles are available everywhere you are! From Liberty Memorial, to Crown Center, The Plaza, and Union Station, to the Northland and JOCO, our Kansas City-scented candles can be found at prime locations throughout the city.

You can shop our collections year-round through our premier local and regional retail partners or come smell the scents in person at one of our many local pop-up market events throughout the year.

The closest thing we currently have to our own storefront, where you can sample the widest selection of scents in person everyday, is at our 'store-within-a-store' concept inside Crown Center at Shop Local KC (Top of the escalator, on your right, then look to your right immediately upon entering)

Absolutely! We proudly partner with premiere retailers for wholesale, and frequently fulfill large-scale custom orders for corporate gifting, weddings, and special events.
